My husband and I visited your church for the first time on Sunday, August 31/2008 for the morning service. We are from Cochrane Valley Community Church in Alberta. We were visiting my husband's family in Abbotsford and wanted to visit another MFI church while we were away.
Wow, were we ever blessed by your wonderful church!! We were greeted very warmly and genuinely by many people in your congregation, which was just the beginning of an awesome service. The worship was absolutely anointed and the presence of Jesus was so sweet. We had the privilege of listening to the message that morning and honestly, if I had closed my eyes, we could have been sitting on our own sanctuary at home. We just can't share how blessed were we to visit another church that truly had the presence of God and a solid revelation of the local church. It is hard to put into words exactly what I mean.
We always go to church whenever we visit family and it always leaves us missing home. But visiting your church was like being with family, it was all so familiar and it absolutely blessed us!! It is hard to describe, but it is like you guys have the same spiritual DNA. It was such a blessing to sit in your congregation for the morning. We got to worship, be in God's presence, hear the prophetic flow and be fed by the word; it was just like being at home. Thank you for being faithful to who God has called you to be!
We just wanted to share how blessed we were by your entire church and we look forward to future visits when we are spending time in Abbotsford.
