To preach the Word of God presenting principles of practical Christianity for everyday living applications.
Called ROY RUBULIAK MINISTRIES under the auspices of COC, the main mission is "Strengthening the churches to effect their world for the glory of God." The goal is: To preach the Word of God presenting principles of practical Christianity for everyday living applications.
To see individual people of these churches grow in their relationship with God and with one another, putting on the nature and character of Christ, and becoming all they are to be and empowered in order to do all they are destined to do by and for God.
To minister to pastors, leaders through teaching, preaching and prophecy strengthening and encouraging them in the work of ministry.
To present the gospel through preaching in church services, teaching in seminars to leaders, couples, youth and other venues.
Available for local, national or international ministry opportunities.

Tom Tutyko
Tom's present focus is evangelizing throughout Ukraine and also Canada:
- preaching in crusades,
- holding evangelism training for believers in schools and church,
- sending out thousands of Bible correspondence courses nationwide, as people are responding to our ads in national newspapers, and
- broadcasting the gospel on radio and tract distribution (which we help fund).
Tom has established a network with over 2,000 churches to help in gathering thousands of souls each year. He is also involved in sponsoring and planting new churches.
