Celebrate Recovery

A Christ-Centered Recovery Program

Celebrate Recovery recognizes the importance of God's healing power in our lives.

Using the eight recovery principles found in the Beatitudes and Christ-centered 12 Steps, people have the opportunity to experience lasting change.

By sharing personal experiences strengths and hopes with each other, people learn how to accept God's grace in solving life's problems.

By working with Christ-centered steps and applying their biblical priciples we begin to grow spiritually.

We become free from our addictive, compulsive dysfunctional behaviors.

This freedom enables us to experience peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly a stronger personal relationship with God and others.

What is Celebrate Recovery

The purpose of Celebrate Recovery is to encourage fellowship and celebrate God's healing power in our lives as we work our way along the road of recovery.

By working through the principles, we grow spiritually and are freed from our Hurts, Habits, and Hang-Ups. Thus freedom creates peace, serenity, joy a strong relationship with others and our personal, loving and forgiving higher power, Jesus Christ.

This is achieved through praise, worship, informative lessons, personal testimonies, fellowship and small groups.

  • Celebrate Recovery is based on God's Word, the Bible.
  • Celebrate Recovery is forward looking.
  • Celebrate Recovery emphasizes personal responsibility.
  • Celebrate Recovery encourages spiritual commitment to Jesus Christ.
  • Celebrate Recovery utilizes the biblical truth that we need each other in order to grow spritually and emotionally.
  • Celebrate Recovery addresses all types of hurts, habits, and hang-ups.
  • Celebrate Recovery encourages members to also attend secular (traditional) recovery meetings as an additional outreach opportunity.
  • Celebrate Recovery is not intended to be a substitute for church membership. We recommend everyone to be a part of a local church.

Finally, Celebrate Recovery can be added to any other recovery process or group that you are currently attending.
